We make airline reservations on scheduled airlines through the computer reservation system. The lowest round-trip fares are obtained for non-refundable, non-transferable coach class tickets purchased between 7 and 21 days in advance that include a Saturday night stay-over. You should be aware that even if you purchase a ticket between 7 and 21 days in advance, you may not get the lowest published coach class fare if that category of coach class ticket is already sold out. In addition, a quoted fare cannot be guaranteed until ticketed.

We use air travel consolidators when necessary to obtain the best air fares to international destinations. Consolidator tickets often have restrictions including steep fees for cancellation and sometimes frequent flyer mileage is not available when such tickets are used.

We currently charge a fee for airline ticket purchases.  We cannot give price quotes so only call 800-332-5228 if you are ready to make and pay for a reservation. If you wish to check prices to your destination, we recommend you use one of the on-line reservation systems.  These ticketing services also charge a modest fee.

Generally, the lowest prices are found on the airline web sites. If you call the airlines directly, they will also charge a fee. However, they do not currently charge a fee if you book directly on their web site.
