The Hermitage crew, staff, management and monkeys, would like to offer a big thank you to all our guests, friends and family, whose support, custom and patronization have made our efforts so worthwhile and productive. We've hired landscapers, we painted the rooms, we bought new linen and little pillows with frills on the side and we even installed a wireless internet hot spot, located conveniently under the mango tree by the pool. Most importantly, big thanks to everyone who has been supporting the restaurant; this steady business has made the kitchen grow by expanding the menu and allowing us to present some truly remarkable dishes! We are very proud of our kitchen. It is a phenomenal display of 100% island talent and local produces. All of our cooks have been trained locally and are able to demonstrate the true art of West Indian cooking. Judging from the compliments and the frequent returns of our guests, yes, we are a success!
